Deep Opinion’s platform combines generative AI, agentic process automation, and a no-code development environment to help organizations build AI-powered applications that streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency.

Andrew offered insights into the strategic importance of the partnership in driving efficiency, reducing costs, and delivering a better customer experience across Allianz’s global claims operation. He praised the collaboration as a standout example of meaningful innovation.

Stefan and Alex treated attendees to a live demonstration of how a claim that typically takes 45 minutes to process can now be handled in just 90 seconds through end-to-end automation, from intake to decisioning.

The platform’s agentic business apps use modular AI skills to extract, validate, and assess unstructured data across languages and formats, delivering highly accurate results with human oversight only when needed. Stefan emphasised the system’s scalability, flexibility, and enterprise-grade security, with full control retained by the client.
