Travel Insurance Eco Challenge - Terms and Conditions

1. Voluntary participation:

The participant acknowledges that their involvement in the Travel Insurance Eco Challenge is purely voluntary and undertaken of their own free will.

2. Liability disclaimer:

The participant understands and acknowledges that the organizers of the Travel Insurance Eco Challenge cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the course of their participation in the Travel Insurance Eco Challenge

3. Notification of damage:

In the event that the baton is damaged during the participant’s possession, the participant agrees to notify the organizers as soon as possible. Notification can be made through the designated communication channels provided by the organizers.

4. Non-profit nature:

The participant acknowledges that the Travel Insurance Eco Challenge is a non-profit initiative. All donations and proceeds generated through this initiative will be directed to Temwa, a non-profit organization dedicated to environmental conservation and reforestation efforts.

5. Transparency in reporting:

The participant commits to providing accurate and honest reports of their sustainable travel experiences during their participation in the Travel Insurance Eco Challenge. Transparency is essential in our collective effort to promote sustainable travel practices.

6.Advertisement and recognition:

The participant consents to the organizers’ right to advertise and showcase their participation in the Travel Insurance Eco Challenge on professional platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn or other portals. The participant agrees to mention and acknowledge the organizers in any such posts or mentions.
