  • There’s a lot of top-down pressure – not seen since the dot com boom – to integrate hashtag#AI into insurance processes
  • International private medical insurance (IPMI) needs to remain fluid to the customer and cost-effective

One thing is for sure, the IPMI industry is becoming more interoperable, allowing its component parts to focus on their strengths and work together to overcome challenges.
